Cancellation must be made in writing to MKVS GbR and shall require confirmation by MKVS GbR.
In the event of cancellation no later than 56 days before the beginning of the Symposium,
the fee shall be reimbursed in full.
In the event of cancellation no later than 28 days before the beginning of the Symposium,
50 % of the fee shall be reimbursed.
In the event of a later cancellation or failure to attend on the day of the event,
the entire fee shall be payable.
MKVS GbR will be happy to accept an alternative participant/exhibitor at no extra charge.
